Advent Calendar - Door 14

Dear Santa,

as you might know by now, oil-based materials are very much used among UL backpackers. And while I'm able to accept this for my cuben tarp, using a synthetic material as towel just somehow doesn't feel right. Imagine my relief as I found out that LOCUS GEAR from Japan actually offers towels made of a natural material which have a beautiful pattern and are light! They're called Tenugui and are made of cotton ise, a natural material, are wonderfully soft to the touch and a joy to look at. I imagine even my wife and kids would fancy each one of them, so beautiful they are. I'd love to get some for me and the family, so I hope you think of us when you're in Japan!

Best,

- An aspiring UL-Backpacker
